Marinated Hamburgers for Weight Loss

You can create great hamburgers without a lot of calories by marinating them before grilling or cooking.

Marinated Hamburger Recipe

Press ground beef into 4 – ¼ lb. hamburger patties just tight enough so they don’t fall apart.

Sprinkle LIGHTLY with Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix. Flip burger and repeat on other side, but do NOT make it soggy.

Let sit for 20 minutes then grill as usual. And serve with your favorite toppings.
