Drink water with every meal, especially at the start of the meal.
Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day. Sip whenever you are thirsty.
Drink a big glass of water when you’re craving sweets. It will tamp down the craving.
Add fruit to your water pitcher for an added bonus. Or mint, cucumbers, even tomatoes.
