Here are five things that you can do to make your morning routine a great way to start your day.
Rest up. — Your best morning routine starts with getting to bed early enough that you get enough sleep.
Wake up right. — Use an alarm that will actually wake you up during an optimal time in your sleep cycle. And then don’t snooze.
Get moving. — Work out first thing in the morning. It will increase your energy levels during the day.
Tackle a non-work-related goal. — Before heading off to work, take time to do something to meet a personal development goal. Learn a few new words. Read a book.
Audit your routine. — Write down your routine. Figure out what’s keeping you from having a productive morning. Then refine your routine to meet your needs.
